I bought one of these and you where lucky enough to get a manual, perhaps you can help me ,I push the hash button to lock and it will not, also when I put me code in the lock only goes halfway and won't totally unlock

Oh it might already be half turned, pop lock off door then power it up, open it, line up like i show in video and try it then back in the door

@@ghostlyrich Thank You your reply, I believe part of my issue is that it's locking the wrong way, as I stand behind the door from the inside the lock is on the left side and it looks like it is locking wrong direction, I know there's a way to change but no manual. Do you know?

so I think you did cover that, but I attempted to start all over again everything and it won't let me erase all codes it says it did but it won't let me I press 00# and it states and its done but yet it won't let me and then when I put in the pass code i had program states wrong passcode, I really procrastinated in installing as I would send back to Amazon but the time has come and gone, it may end up in a chipper shedder.

Video in reverse any exposed holes need wood filler, bit of sanding and paint lol
