Just installed this. Was a easy install. Very handy to have finger print, rfid and key lock. The sound was too loud so disabled it. Other than it is awesome. Wish they had some volume control on it.

Can I ask how you disable the sound? We just got them in and it’s ear shattering loud

It does read fingerprints... it's in the instructions. I cane remember at the moment where the sensor is. I was able to program my fingerprint and if the door is open it functions butnwith the door closed it doesnt work with anything but the key. When i push # to lock it i can hear the lock but it doesnt lock and then it tells me the door is locked.

So we happened to set this up and somehow imputed a wrong code. Any input on how to over ride this issue

My model has a fingerprint and it looks different, it does have a visible fingerprint sensor and works great
