There is a much faster way to measure and cut the flooring. Lay the tile to be cut on a tile one in and use another against the wall to trace over the tile to be cut. Perfect match.

Floor jack is perfectly fine. You would want to have a plate to go under you jack stands to keep from indenting into the plastic.

So how to you clean under the flooring periodically to remove all the dirt that drops through? This floor would never work in a Northeast or Midwest garage.

It absolutely works in the Northeast. Either leaf blow it out the garage or just use your ShopVac to suck the dirt through the tile. The tiles are also channeled, so you could pressure wash then as well.

Sure. However I live in Canada and basically every day when you park your car in the garage all of the slush/snow/dirt/salt will melt onto the garage floor. It would be a pain to have to remove the floor to clean that

Seems like an odd suggestion, but when you look at the garage from the front some distance back it would look very nice if the lower back wall box was mirrored. This would double the look of the garage and double the impact. With better lighting would be a show room.
