Installing anthracite designer radiators

Nice job have you any tips on a Heat Pump other than don’t touch them proper nightmare.heat loss what calculation book do yous use radiator sizing ect cheers hands on guys.

Does it matter which way round u place the radiator as it’s the same Top & Bottom?

Hi need to fit a vertical radiator in the kitchen. In you opinion, which are better for good heat output, Anthracite or Aluminium Thanks

Anthracite just refers to the grey colour of the radiator. It's not a type of radiator. Anthracite radiators can be Aluminuim or Steel

I like the pattern/fabric of the curtains, but they would be more beautiful when they are from ceiling to floor. Or no curtains at all, but shutters instead

You should have shown the end result of vertical radiators.

So you measure the top brackets first, hang the rad onto those, then measure the bottom ones by holding them in place with the rad in situ ? Seems a good logical way to do it

Can you please explain the difference between the two types of radiators? Why would someone chose the new one over the old one?

Hi Hope, the newer ones are more efficient and have a higher heat output than the old ones that were replaced. Also these are modern “designer” radiators
