If memory serves, you live in Iowa or someplace midwest. Anyhow, for exterior wall outlets, is put in foam outlet insulation. They are just pieces of foam cut into outlet shape to provide a little insulation. Also if there is a gap in insulation around the electric box, maybe some DAP expanding foam to fill it in. Might as well have an AIRBNB that doesn't cost a ton to heat/cool

Looks good! One tiny suggestion for the future. Quarter round by a doorway is best cut at 45 deg angle. Less prone to being damaged than the straight cut which sticks out more.

Just a suggestion, but using a multi tool with a flush cut blade will let you cut the door trim high enough to be able to slide your flooring right underneath the trim and you won't have to cut the flooring around the door trim. It saves a lot of time and gives you a cleaner look.

Looks wonderful and It is going to be so crisp and clean looking. Love the fan and that sunroom is perfect. My grandfather's home in Omaha had a sunroom up and downstairs. It was a evening and weekend retreat for chilling or playing cards or just reading. Your room brings back lots of memories. Best of luck ........everything is looking marvelous!

Always use glass bead instead of quarter round. Glass bead is classier looking. It’s what my finish trim man uses in the custom homes I build.

The sunroom turned out so very pretty. I love the pop of color and that is a color that I have used all over my house. It is clean and refreshing looking. Someone else commented that it would be great to sit with a cup of tea with snow outside and I have to agree. I would do the bedroom next and save the bathroom for last. I think the bedroom should be a little easier and quicker than the bathroom. Whatever you do, I know it will look great. Take care, stay safe.

Lauren... consider using "patch and paint" . The excess wipes off with a damp finger and no need to repaint baseboards and quarter round.

Ceiling fans in newer homes are easy to install but older homes are a lot different. Glad your contractor was able to come and install the ceiling fan looks great ! Are you going to put up curtains or shades in the sun room ? Love From Oklahoma

I think it looks great and cleaner, but it's so incredibly hard to see with all the sunlight. perhaps with a final reveal of the whole place, you could pick a different time of day to show off the sun room... ironically when it isn't bright 😎🌞

Loved everything you have done in this air bnb perhaps the only suggestion is that the flashing of the screen and shakiness of the camera were a bit much at times however I'm sure it takes time like everything to hone those skills! Lots of love to you both!
