In this video, we walk you through installing a biodetention system to handle all runoff from a 100-year flood/ rainfall. You'll see how we use SDR35 pipes, a series of catch basins, and impressive excavation to install this system.
This project has everything from rerouting drainage to installing a channel drain and integrating overflow systems.
We also brought in around 20-25 yards of drain rock, burrito-wrapped the system, and topped it off with specialized soil to filter out any driveway chemicals before letting the water soak back into the earth.
