In this video, I will show you how I install cantilever brakes on a bmx bike. This method is the same for installing cantilever brakes on any type of bike. Remember, You have to have canti post and cable housing stop on your bike to install canti brakes.

Tip: to prevent the metal core of the cable housing from being crushed when cutting: cut off a little too long, insert an old piece of brake cable and then cut through the housing and cable to size.
