How much did crower charge you for the cams? , did you have to change the valve springs or was it not that aggressive.

Around $400 and I explained on my unboxing video. I did not change valve spring and I don't know much about Cams spec I told them what I'm using it for and what I done to the car.

Hello, you know, I have a doubt in this Santa Fe, do you think it would be possible to just remove the cylinder head cover from the front and repair the tacks that began to sound to me, surely some that sounds like short and dry metal I say in sound after using lyqui moly to tacks and that is why I must remove what is clogged clean this and reinstall the camshaft without having to remove the two parts of the engine is that possible without wasting the ignition time of the engine disassembling without moving anything and reinstalling what do you think? I would like to have your professional opinion, greetings.

You mean valve covers? What wasting ignition timing when removing valve covers??

@@Lilmiddwest yes i do that hidraulics pisces whit little hole where goes inside the oil that are blocked by rubbish so i am sure metallics sound come by the front but i will like just to do.it only in the front it is posible ? Or should be both sides? Thanks 👍😊

@@Lilmiddwest I was referring to to the engine ignition timing if I only disassemble and clean the parts that are like hydraulic caps that go on the valves only from the front of the engine without uncovering the other side of the v6 engine I will not lose the engine starting timing point that is my doubt

@@adolphff I never ask for hydraulic peace or whatever you are trying to say. And it's up to you wana do. If it was me ill just look at rear valve cover and see if it's good or same as the front.

I'm sure you don't have 2.7 or 2.5 v6. You can call Crower and ask them if they will regrind your Cams

I do have dc sport headers I'm waiting on find clean 6 speed Tiburon. I have DNA headers I'm going to sell.. I ran cheap no brand headers vs dc headers I didn't not feel no big power difference

You should of installed the cam seals first before bolted the cam bearing caps back on. It would made it easier instead of trying to press it in.
