Good job installing your mirrors. Did not realize your truck did not have any. Never have enough mirrors to get rid of blind spots. See you have your decals on also.

howdy, I was hit in cab of truck I was driving at 70 mph on I 80 and 76 east. broke neck. and all my vertebra and ribs pop out if I move suddenly. I'm always trying to improve to get back to driving! I enjoy you, your a inspiration to return! God bless

I'm surprised to see you mount the mirrors with the nuts on the outside ! Thieving yobs here in the UK would have them away 5 minutes after you left the truck to go inside for a meal. Or do you use special lock nuts ? You can get bolts with special security heads on them that would make them almost impossible to remove from the outside. I'm 74 and in a wheelchair, and have never even sat in a truck, but I just love your videos. You make a great couple. I know you must cater for your U.S. viewers but I'd love to see more views of the road ahead (NOT speeded up) so that your friends in the UK can see a little more of your beautiful country !!

Very nice work. Here is a business thought and it is just that and I know nothing about trucking: you could market the gimble technology on these mirrors once the price drops (on gimble) - which has been happening every year. Gimbles and related technologies are found in your drone and hold the HD camera level. You can buy gimble sticks and more elaborate platforms. Because of the cost of accidents/insurance, I bet there is a market at some point to say "Gimble ride mirrors". It could either be installed between mirror plate and the frame to the ball bracket, or molded into the mirror frame and connect with the ball bracket. Good job and I hope you find success! Jim Cameron this has actually been attempted but fmsca will not allow camera mirrors as of yet. Great idea though. I hope we see the day they allow it

Rookie mirrors, that's what they are called but I don't care they are a must on my truck, especially on the passenger side, I call them spot mirrors, they have saved my ass on more than one occasion oops there's a car right at the passenger door.

LOL Jason you cheap baster, i'd of installed the mirrors myself too. Never trust anyone around your truck with a drill, LoL....... Cresent is a brand name as Rigid makes an adjustable as well as snappon as does sears, etc. - So it's an adjustable wrench unless you have the brand "Cresent" (the most wildly sold) stamped on the handle, LOL.. . Don't allow Heather to play with the drill Jason.. LOL I agree with Landstar, those mirrors should be mandatory via DOT on all commercial trucks over 6,000 LBS. NIce tutorial Jason, heather doesn't get any praise for being the helper, LOL......
