Stock is h16/19W (500 lumen) iirc. You can do h8/35W (800 lumens). H11/55W (1300 lumens) might be too hot for the plastic lens in that small space and draw too much current [15A fuse] . What is the beam pattern like with the leds in the fog housing? Where is most of the light going?

Thank you!! Very informative and great, easy, cheap mod and the lights are way brighter!! Question: You'd had no trouble with the bulbs overheating and the plastic lens trying to melt? Thank you Very much will do it on my 2013. Just put Bilstein's on it. I DID that install the car is way easier seen coming down the road thank you!

The LED bulbs produce very little heat compared to high wattage halogen bulbs so I haven't had an issue with the lenses to this day.

What year is the Subaru and does it have the steering responsive system where the lights turn with the car? Which exact bulbs did you buy because there are so many!? I have a 2015 Crosstrek XV Premium WITHOUT steering response so mine don't move. I bought the Sealight SF2 3000 lumin yellow fog lights and took them to the dealer while having my brakes done and they DON'T FIT! Too big! Again, I can't find the ones that fit and there's no one to ask! 😔

Just bought them for my 2015 crosstrek fog lights just went out on me I already upgraded the regular headlight to LED’s

Just ordered a set of these. On Amazon it’s coming up that it won’t fit on a the 2019 crosstrek. I’ve got the 2021 Crosstrek Sport so I’m hoping it’s the same bulb. Have you had any issues 6 months later with water getting in the housing?

I think it is the same exact bulb for the sport. No water leaking issues so far!
