Haha, no, the pigs are never fed early enough for them! 🤣 I don’t actually follow anyone apart from some very small channels (pyjama gardeners eg) as they are friends. My wife follows @roots and refuge farm but I don’t really. I will tend to research individual topics sometimes.

Great video Carl, you and your family are an inspiration and I wish I could have my younger years back to lead in your footsteps. I'm still looking forward to having my own kitchen garden at home instead of up the allotments. Fingers crossed for next year. Allthough I feel very privileged to have them too. I always find my volunteer potatoes come up better than the planted ones. Your podcasts keep me going while working all around London and every evening I can't wait to get home to a more greener village in Kent. All of your content is very much appreciated and valued, thank you for sharing your passions and values with us.

Lovely video Carl - perfect for Easter. We too have spent time this weekend catching up in the garden and getting ready for Autumn/Winter but also recharging our human batteries a bit. Our poultry fencing is running well on a solar system but we blessed with a bit more regular sunshine which helps! It was great to get a real sense of how things u fold over the course of a day for you. Thanks for sharing. All the best and Happy Easter from across the pond. ❤️

@@SelfSufficientHub we had the last sting in the tail of Summer here this weekend - in the high 20’s (Celsius) until this morning. A bit cooler now but still sunny. Yes, we have brassica seedlings nearly ready to go into our beds and some peas sown too. Also managed to sow some carrots in grow bags a couple of weekends ago and they’re coming up and looking good. 👍 We had a mixed Summer harvest-wise so we’re looking forward to a more productive Winter - ever the optimists! 😂
