How do they feel from a playing standpoint? How do the pads and seal last compared to traditional leather pads? I've run into horns that didn't use a glue/shellac backed pad, and I was less than impressed with their feel and response.

They have a light feel under your fingers. Because they self level they seal as long as the instrument stays in regulation. So response is better for longer, but you'll still need to have the instrument regulated as materials wear over time. They are made from traditional leather and last as long. You'll have to try these for yourself to find the answer to your last comment about feel and response. Considering they take 2/3rds less time to install it won't take long to find out.

Is there an option to use different sized resonators or are the resonator sizes fixed? Also do they come with stainless steel resonators?

Right now the resonator size is fixed. We are working on a metal version of the resonator for the future.

Bundy did this years ago but with a synthetic pad . They worked great until the pad got hard

It looks like these pads create their own timing leaks. The whole method looks like a pad for the lazy.

No the pads seal themselves to the tone hole with their toleranced components. Pad heights are controlled by the interchangeable spuds that hold them in. You will still be responsible for setting the timing between keys
