If you're going to bolt the new 1 same hole, could of just put the new one over the old one and drill mark the hole onto the new one easier...

how are they holding up? since they dont have cuts for the jacking points do they stick out alot in person compared to the others

They're still holding up just fine. They stick out about 3-4 inches I wanna say, they do stick out but not too much to the point that it looks weird.
