After having watched about a dozen demonstrations (all useful but none covering the point I was looking for) I found this a very helpful collection of tips and also the answer to my question i.e. to allow 1/8" expansion for every 3' of sheet. Greatly appreciated.

Simple and useful! Demonstration would be nice, but this covered most of my questions without wasting my time. Thank you!

Thank you very helpful. I didn't get the tip about horizontal joining at gable ends?

Hi, thank you for your kind comments. A lot of people will try to use two pieces of polycarbonate joined with a horizontal H on the gable ends. They have one piece that is the same height as the sidewalls and one piece on top to finish up the gable section. This should not be done. It should be one continuous piece from the ground to the top of the greenhouse everywhere. What will happen if you try to join them in this manner is you will get a leaky, moldy mess. H's should only be run vertically.

Can you walk on it when it’s on the roof?

A picture is worth a thousand words, but all I read were words, with not enough pictures to demonstrate the proper installation. Please make one showing the actual installation next time. Thank you.

If I wanted information like you are giving, I could read it from a book. I wanted to be shown, NOT told..... Thumbs down

No one knows how to make a 90 degree turn or provides a piece to join pieces together. One would think in this industry someone would have thought of that. I see greenhouses that have 90 degrees but no stupid man carries such a channel
