We replaced our RV step rugs that lasted 5 years with fitted rugs that are made out of quality materials. I also share my thoughts about steps that fold under the trailer like the steps I have and the steps that fold up and into the inside of a trailer. Feel free to share your thoughts on what steps you like and why.

Here is a comment a follower wrote on a FB page after seeing my video post:
"I haven’t watched your video yet, but I used to have the fold under steps on my fifth wheel and always wanted the lift up steps. Then I got them on my Rockwood and I sure miss my fold under steps! 1.) I hate that so much dirt and possibly bugs that are inside the hollow frame are now inside my RV! We even take the air compressor and blow them out, but I still don’t have peace of mind about it. 2.) Even with the legs at the shortest, we still have had times where they were too long and we couldn’t close our door. Then we had to raise up the tires even though we were level. Such a hassle! They are not all that we thought they would be for sure!"
