Installing scribe to barge boards on a tiled roof

I have searched online and in carpentry books and could not find even one instruction on how to do this, yet every apprentice carpenter would have to know how to do it

Once you have done it, it is so easy. It is just time consuming.

What wood/material and dimensions do you use for the scribe?

@agmills82 ask at the wood suppliers. there are different types. explain exactly what you want it for, and they will give you the right stuff.
