Are there certain ways that the springs are supposed to line up where they they meet ??you mentioned this early on about contracting shock therapy???

Did you guys measure with people in the car like it's supposed to be done? Or just empty weight?

Funny, I just found this channel today and yesterday changed out to shock therapy springs with the exact same compression tool.
@utvoutlaws66524 жыл бұрын
It gets the job done if you place it in the right spot. Still fighting with these springs to keep them from rubbing the body, so hopefully you have better luck then we have so far.

Where did you get the compressor tools?

I installed the same springs on my turbo for seater,i am having problem with spring divider rubbing on the shock body and rear upper springs grinding my crossover rings, tried to turn them different positions but still couldn't get them to not rub, did you guys have any problem like that or any advice thanks

We ran those springs for a couple months with no luck with the same issue. Tim ended up asking for a refund and went back to stock. We have plans to try out another setup shortly though. Stay tuned!!

Thanks for the respond, i might have to do the same unless they send me a little bigger upper springs for the back and doesn't have rubing problem, ill find out when I call them this week and let you know what happens

Is it that simple to put back shocks on UTV just off and on, or do you have to compressing shocks or anything to put them back on?

You never mentioned how you got the crossover rings installed. And how you got that rubber O-ring onto the crossovers??
@utvoutlaws66524 жыл бұрын
We mention in text when editing the video that we forgot and had to install later.

Utv Outlaws Just wondering, I forgot to put one of the cross overs on the front when I was installing mine I just left the rubber O ring off because I didn't want to mess with compressing that front spring again.

Nice video, had time to test out the new springs yet?
@utvoutlaws66524 жыл бұрын
I took them for a rip around some property just to check them out and they ride much smoother over the small stuff. Silverlake will be the real test.
@jeremycole324 жыл бұрын
Good to hear, ended up just getting a set myself. Hopefully you can provide a little review once you have a chance to really check them out.

I hate walker Evans shocks, im done buying anything with them on any toy. I've spent more money on 3 sleds with revalves and spring combos to make them ride good. I just bought aftermarket shocks. So my advice, id look into a different brand before u blow money on revalving

Machine has since been upgraded to fox shocks. We also didn't like the w/e setup as they where too small and offered to little adjustment for a 4 seater.
