How does that actually sound? These trucks have an ANC system, that cancels out unwanted noise. It gives some TRX owners problems with aftermarket subs… They sell an adapter to bypass the ANC system, so it doesn’t cut out your sub outputs.

I was about to comment that an adapter can be purchased to bypass the system. I ran into that issue installing my subs. Had a custom audio shop narrow down and find the issue. They installed the bypass and I haven’t had any issues since. Sounds amazing. Got two Kicker 12”subs with Kicker amp. My box could use a better port hole but due to the 5th Gen Ram style I have the downfiring subWoofer box. Still sounds good.

Thanks! I have the Rockford Fosgate R1200-1D wired to 1 ohm. It's rated at 1200 rms to 1 ohm. It sounds good but you can tell the sub can definitely handle more. If I can get it sold, I'm going to look at the Bravo or Taramps that rated a little higher

I would guess using the existing factory (low quality) wiring but adding amp and subs to it is a little risky. I am no expert but heard you want to run clean wiring instead of taping into the existing to get the best results. Beyond that the install looks AMAZING....A+++++++

The only way to get a signal to the LC2i is by tapping into a factory speaker wire. Other than that, it's all aftermarket wiring
