Installing the Beflexx Vacuum Cleaner into the Caravan

It’s a great idea, fit it and forget it until you need to use it, we have just bought a cordless vacuum from Lidl for £39, the wife been using around the home and loves it, we will try it in the caravan soon, thanks for your video Phil, keep them coming, 👍👍.

Cracking bit of kit Phil. Great 1st look. A real shame for people like ourselves it's not rechargeable at 12v so can be used off grid. 👍👍

Hello. I had Dyson & G-Tech I found them difficult to store. I think the build quality on this vac is great. I know it is difficult to explain in a short video and that Beflexx are unknown here in the Uk until now but it is a great vac and I had faith and confidence to drill a hole in my Caravan to install it. The only issue is the price (due EU taxes). I hope this makes sense. Thanks Phil🙂👍

Hi Paul. So far the vacuum has been working very well in the Van. Dust Bags can be bought from Tamar Caravans and Beflexx. I also understand parts are available and there are other cleaning tools, such as pet hair removal brushes etc. Cheers Phil👍🙂

Looks the part that Phil, just looked on there website and it doesn’t have the 9mtr hose or the extension tube. The standard 6mtr won’t be big enough for my van

Hi Martin you can use an inverter. It's ideal for fully serviced pitches & Seasonal. It is not cheap but its worth the money. thanks Phil🙂👍

Thanks for the review. Most probably does the job well. but a Dyson or similar would be far better for caravan using its own Battery power and portable to use in cars as well. Honestly would you purchase at that price if not given for you to review ? .I certainly would not, our Dyson far more versatile .

Hi John. Thanks for your honesty. This is not cheap at all. Knowing how well it works now I would purchase it. The build quality is great (not made in China). I have had battery vacs, they are a more difficult to store (Dyson/Shark etc) and you still require mains if the battery runs out. Given the 9 metre hose I could if I chose to vac the car as well. I have to admit I had never heard of Beflexx until they contacted me. Thanks Phil. 🙂👍

I would have thought the outside connector was upside down. The flap IMO should lift up like all other flapped connectors rather than as you installed.

My vac at home has all the bits to do a thoroughly good clean of the van . Even now that my Van's on a seasonal pitch if it needs a vac I take it with me, I cant see the point of this fixed vac

Weight?? We don't really have any spare to fit that. Cost?? We have a stick cordless Dyson ( keep the Shark for home) O those bags will be a pain in the a**e to change. Such a confined space to be doing thst! Years ago when I had a vacuum with bags we would shake the fluff out & refit the bag. Much cheaper. No no not for us!😅

Hi Linda it’s surprisingly light weight. The idea of the reviews is to show everyone what’s out there. Not everything we show is suitable for all. Hi Lisa. Yes it is not cheap but better than lugging a Dyson & slightly cheaper. It’s better than my valeting vacuum. If it could be sold in the UK direct I know it would be cheaper, the EU taxes push up the price. Thanks for watching Phil 😊👍

Hi Clifford. I guess it’s each to there own cleaner of choice. We are actually in Holland and it’s been really useful. We have just cleaned up ready to move on to our next site. I have vacuumed the car as well. I have not noticed much difference when towing since installing it but we don’t over fill the van. Thanks for watching. Phil 🙂👍
