Nice! Surprised to see how easy Toyota made it for someone to change the exhaust. Sounds like a nice system!

I had a Neptune blue gr86 and I loved it. Only thing was that it was a bit slow. It was a zippy car with great handling but underpowered. Now that there are superchargers and turbos coming out I’m definitely interested in getting another one. Great vid
@BrosFOURRSpeed Жыл бұрын
Yeah it would be nice to see a bit more power from it!
@19hundoc476 ай бұрын
High powered cars aren’t everything. I’ve had 700 HP cars and have two cars that make under 300 HP now. The driving dynamics are what makes a car fun after you get over pressing the gas pedal honeymoon period. BMWs are too insulated, boring, floaty rides and numb steering. It might be faster but no where near as fun. You’ll see.
@G90M5Kel6 ай бұрын
@@19hundoc47 I don’t know about bmw being boring. I have a g80 m3 with just bolt ons no tune and it drives like a Porsche. It’s fast and it drives on rails. You should go test one out.

Thanks so much for making this video, very helpful. Does the instructions provide torque values for all the bolts?
@BrosFOURRSpeed Жыл бұрын
Glad you liked it! No specific values. But generally 20lbs should be good. Just put a good amount of muscle into each one and inspect after 100 miles and make sure things are still tight. I've never had issues doing it like that

Just installed it took me 2 hours it was a pain to remove those rubber hangers other then that its easy if you have another person with you I did it myself and jack stands where my bestfriend holding them up while tightening the bolts. But does anyone know how to get it to pop on a auto i tried downshifting but dont wanna mess something up
@BrosFOURRSpeed3 ай бұрын
Hmm, I don't know on the auto! It does it every time I downshift on mine though.

This video is super helpful for me❤, did you use the rear differential as the jack point?
@BrosFOURRSpeed9 ай бұрын
Glad it was helpful! Do you mean to actually lift the car? That or the lower control arms worked fine.

Are you using heel toe downshifts or does it just sound that good on regular down shifts?
@BrosFOURRSpeed Жыл бұрын
Yeah rev matching my self gives it the good sound. There is no auto rev match, so you need to do it yourself. Very easy car to rev match

I think it’s a love it or hate it not terrible. My favorite mod was the clutch spring removal. That was a night and day difference. Before I felt like the clutch was muscle memory, now I actually feel the engagement point.
@aboosh86 Жыл бұрын
one of my friends told me the spring prevents unnecessary pressure on the TOB, instead he made me move my bite point lower and I have the same result as you. I recommend doing this^. I have my bite point set so low that I can modulate the clutch using the floor lmao. Anyways, if you do decide to move it lower just make sure your clutch engages and disengages fully etc. @@RickStarzz
