Installing the Seamax Deluxe 4x4 transom wheels

The Seamax Deluxe 4x4 transom wheels, which are in my opinion the best transom wheels you can buy for your inflatable boat - I like them so much I just had to pick up a second set of them, this time for my Boatworld Carbon Pro 365.

Awesome video, will refer to this shortly for mine. Ever thought about doing one for attaching base mounts? I've got the A Frame and have to mount it with the pads myself. Looks tricky.

Great video, thank you. I’m in the middle of fitting these same wheels to my Zodiac Rib Alu 360. I’m confident of them because the build quality is far beyond anything I’ve bought before… premium price but hope it’s going to be worth it! Had wheel brackets buckle and break in the past. V happy

I've had a pin almost slide out too - you need to remember to check them every now and then. They could do either a stopper nut on them

Hi and good video. I have been looking at the Seamax deluxe transom wheels on line and im a little confused. Did you get the Daul wheel upgrade kit or the standard wheel kit. They are all different prices on line from £170 to £300. Where did you order yours from. Enjoyed watching. Thanks Steve 👍

Hi Steve thanks so much for your comments. I did not buy the dual kit - there's really no need unless you're sticking a really big engine on. The black wheels are out of stock for a while now but I recently ordered the silver ones for a new boat. Here is a direct link for the exact ones I ordered. Yes they're the only wheels (I've had 4 different sets) that actually come with proper instructions, including technical specifications and safety info. Best on the market by far.

@@TheReelIsle Good. I normally use the Honwave transom wheels for my T38 IE3 and T32 IE3. I'm planning on getting a Honwave T40 and want the strongest transom wheels I can get for the T40. After a while of research the Seamax deluxe transom wheels seem to be the one's I'm looking for. Thank you for your time and help. Atb Steve 👍

They look extremely sturdy and unlikely to buckle… not sure if I like the look of the thickness of the tyres? Have you got any footage of taking the sib up a bumpy slipway?

how do these roll on soft sand with loaded boat?

I've not used them really sandy sand, more semi-compacted, so I can't answer that very confidently for you.
