how do these roll on soft sand with fully loaded boat?

We have not tried it on the sand but on a boat launch, the boat with the motor rolled really well. The boat is not very heavy and the wheel diameter is 14", I am guessing it will be fine on the sand as well.

You killed that fake copy of KaBoat by cutting transom holders. That reduces area of attachment of transom holders to transom. Not much for transom to hold on now. Now transom can fall off at any moment. Notice that real KaBoat does not use plastic handles on tubes. That because plastic handles always unglue in 1-2 years.
