The most important part of this video is the BIOS settings, which you've ignored totally. On Optiplex 755 SFF it won't work installing Windows10. It's has smth to do w/ UEFI-no such setting in this BIOS(ver. A11)

I cant reinstall window 7 the recent one was deleted due to partition then. The expand window filw while was not mocing juat stack at 0%.

I need help, I use a Dell optiplex 755 and it displays bootmgr is missing press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart, my boot sequence has CD-rom drive as number 1 but it doesn't show boot from CD or dvd

I agree with you on the windows as a service windows used to have 2 versions one for business and one for home and they were 2 different operating systems now there just combining home and business. Why does the business version need to come with games preinstalled?
