Hi the recipe is so easy and through but I have a doubt croissants use puff pastry dough so normal paratha you give say 6 layers maybe so won't it be better to use more layered dough and for that we usually use butter in between layers to give a nice texture and taste so by doing this won't the authentic taste be mixing?
