Good video. I'm in the camp where I like my ribs tender with a bit of tug to them and not "fall off the bone" were you end up with a pile of pulled pork and bones. To start, after removing the membrane, I coat each side of the ribs with honey, then apply a dry seasoning rub to them. They go into the IP on a rack, along with 2 cups of apple juice, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. of liquid smoke. I cook them for 15 minutes on high pressure, and 10-15 minutes NR. I then sauce them and finish them off under the broiler for 2-3 minutes per side, or on the grill is good too, but don't over cook them. So good!!!!!

Dawn dish soap will go a long way in removing those stains Use it as spotter before putting them in the washer.

The ribs look good. The rack looks great! Hopefully the rack will be free and natural in future videos. Get powder on those spots ASAP they will come out.

Dear Heather, Regarding how tender we like our ribs… Well, in my case, it depends on my spirit: as I feel, I would like to enjoy them. Instead, my wife likes them with more structure and as she is always “right”, we usually like them not so “fall of the bone”. 😏 However, back ribs are always delicious and, for sure, I will try some of your tips next time I prepare them, no matter the tenderness desired on that day. Actually, I love to cook them in cider. Locally it is been easy to find some little bottles of Asturias’ cider and no matter if the ribs are cooked under pressure or on a slow cooking mode, the flavor is also great. Regards, 😊

Honestly, I like them with a little bite in them. Plus, these are easier to remove from the pot too, and they are easier to hold in your hands, when you are eating. Just my preference.
