Perfect timing. I've been wanting to make mushroom soup. I love that Cajun seasoning. I put it on everything, especially pizza.

Worcestershire sauce in the UK is pronounced : wooster-sure sauce. Thanks for a great video and recipe. If you wanted to keep it keto/low carb, just swap out the flour with 1sp xanthan gum.

Just a small note; on the on-line recipe directions, you don’t mention about adding the sausage back in at the end. This recipe sounds so dang good! Making it tonight.

I need to try this. My only change is that I would use Old Bay instead of the Tony's since Tony's tastes too salty to me.

I just made the soup it’s good the creole doesn’t make it salty.

I do have to wonder, why not go for the trinity? You put onions in. Do then peppers and celery mess up the flavor too much? I may try this soon and go with the trinity.

Except for the cream, that looks pretty healthy.

What, no Bosco to finish it off? You put everything else in. Cajun/Creole kinda like Chinese/Norwegian.

It is pronounced “Worse - teh - shure” Sauce In Britain “shire” is pronounced “shure” not “sh-I-re”. It is not Middle Earth.
