Hi Mumtaz just wanted to tell you that on July 14 I made your tandoori chicken Tikka it turned out super 👍. For this recipe of curry chicken and rice are you using the rice cooker measure cup or a regular 250 ml cup pls let me know tks 💖

Awww nice to hear Tandoori chicken turned out good. Thank you for trying my recipes. For the chicken curry I use my electric pressure cooker brand name instant pot. I use my regular cup for the rice and same cup I measure 1.25 water. My pressure cooker has rice button setting that is preset for 12 mins and rice cooks perfectly all the time. Whether it’s one cup or more in 12 mins rice is done cooking time.

No just cook on low heat until chicken is halfway done then add your potatoes
