Hi, I want to try your recipe please guide a bit 1) did u marinade the chicken with the green chilli paste and then again add green chilli paste when cooking or only once, because in video u add green chili paste separately as well. 2. The green chili paste is just crushed green chillies right? 3. If i have only 1 can of light coconut milk, can i still try this recipe?
@MumtazHasham2 ай бұрын
If you like spicy add green chillies again otherwise once is enough, or put little bit to give extra flavour . Light coconut milk will give you more watery consistency which thick will make gravy thicker - you can try.

I line the pan with aluminum foil. It's easier to remove and less work to clean the pan. 1 pack Eno is 5ml/1tsp

No need to line pan as long as you grease properly

I just tweaked it a little. I added ginger/garlic paste (1 tbs), oil, and lime juice (1) to the marinade and let it marinate for 2 hours. It turned out absolutely delicious! I also used Tilapia.

I use you recipe of makati sania. Sorry to say but it didn't turn out great. I use Kanwood liquidiser machine to blend rice but it did not blend to smooth consistency I got fedup.Can it be rice? and the colour was not white as your.Any suggestion?
@MumtazHasham10 ай бұрын
Yes it can be the rice as no one has complained so far. Tilda Basmati rice works well too. You have to blend for at least 7 minutes and it has to be smooth - you can use magic bullet if you have or any smoothie blender that will work nicely to blend the rice then perhaps transfer to your blender and do the rest don’t over heat as yeast will not rise if over heated - trial and error inshallah next time it will work

Awesome!!!!! I realized that for these cookies, we don't add baking powder/baking soda as rising agents so cookies will remain crumbly and crunchy right?
