Fun way to make fried rice! I love my trusty wok though, so I do it in reverse, I use my IP to make the rice earlier in the day, put it in the fridge to chill and then make fried rice in my favorite wok on the stovetop later on :) This looks great though, and I know it was delicious! Do you have to use bosmotti rice? Can you use regular long grain white rice? If so do the measurements change?

You can us different brand of rice and you would keep the same measurement.

Basmatic Rice - how does it differ from regular Kroger white rice?

The basmati rice has a slight nutty taste to it and a different texture somewhat. We tried it last year for the first time and never went back to regular rice. 😊
