Instant Pot Chicken & Noodles - Meal Prep Sunday

Hey Family! Thanks for watching!! The recipe is pretty straight forward you guys. When I plugged everything into MyFitnessPal, our serving size is 414grams which is 37g net carbs, 12.2g fat and 17.2g protein.
You add whatever seasonings you want, as much or as little as you'd like.
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
3 stalks of celery
4 cups of chicken broth
1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4-5 tbs salted butter
16 oz mixed veggies
wheat egg noodles
1. Turn instant pot to Sautee` and sautee` onion, bell pepper and celery in EVOO until they become fragrant.
2. Add chicken broth, seasonings of choice, cream of chicken and mushroom and butter and stir until combined.
3. Turn off instant pot.
4. Add chicken breast.
5. Adjust instant pot to manual pressure and set cook timer for 25 minutes.
6. Allow instant pot to natural release for at least 20 minutes and then do a quick release to release the remaining pressure.
7. Remove chicken and shred.
8. Replace chicken and add veggies and noodles to pot.
9. Turn Instant pot to manual pressure for 5-6 minutes and let it natural release for 1-2 minutes and then quick release.
10. serve and enjoy!

Just trying to control the amount of fat in the recipe is all. You can totally use a full stick..I e done it in the past. Or are you saying that I used a whole stick in the video? I didn’t..it was 5 tablespoons, not the whole stick.
