Hi Kristen, and thanks for this video! I was planning on asking in the comments how similar this was to American Goulash, and you mentioned it at the end! I don't think we ate much Hamburger Helper when I was a kid, but American Goulash is a long-time fave! Sorry you weren't doing well, but glad some time to let your family take care of YOU for a change! ❤️

Thank you! And yes, this is very much like American Goulash. I hope you enjoy it

Glad you’re on the mend. Tried this tonight, and was very good. Ingredients I always have on hand. Haven’t had the boxed stuff in years, this was tastier and certainly healthier. Thanks!! 🙏🏻

It's great to see you. I'm glad you're feeling better. I bought all of the ingredients to fix this this week. But I plan to use mozzarella because I have a huge pack of shredded. Have a great weekend. Sending love, hugs and continued prayers. Sherry

Thanks for yet another simple but good one pot meal and great to see you back! I truly appreciate the time it must takes to research what works for each recipe. Looks like hamburg helper tonite "a la instant pot" :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours in the USA. I tested the hamburger helper recipe last night, and it's tastier than the one I used previously. The Worcestershire sauce really perks up the flavour. I've copied the recipe, which I'll definitely use again soon.

Can you do a tutorial on how to cook frozen veggies in thr IP
@AMindFullMom2 жыл бұрын
Can I ask specifically what frozen vegetable? Most things would only need 0 to 1 minute--just enough time to come to pressure.
@barbra4292 жыл бұрын
@@AMindFullMom A mixture if frozen Kale, collards, and okra. I saw on two YT videos where they put them in a steamer basket and used the steam setting set to zero, but mine never came to pressure so it overcooked them. I was also wondering if you have a creamy sweedish meatball with some kind of pasta IP recipe. Love your videos!
@AMindFullMom2 жыл бұрын
@@barbra429 Hmm, did you use cold water underneath the basket? I find it pretty hard to perfectly cook frozen vegetable mixtures in the instant pot. As for Swedish meatballs, I have a recipe for traditional, but not Instant Pot. amindfullmom.com/swedish-meatballs/
