This is a 6-quart. This recipe works well in an 8-quart and should be cut in half for a 3-quart.

@@AMindFullMom thank you for your reply. My 3 qt is my go to IP, I do have the 6 qt use it when I make chili and soups, freeze some on a no cook lazy day,, winter is on the way :(
