Sometimes I use sour cream sometimes I used 4 oz of cream cheese I also use onion powder and garlic powder

Thank you for the helpful & fun video! I just got my IP, to use for Thanksgiving. My daughter is lactose intolerant, so we always use chicken (turkey) broth in our mashed potatoes. It adds lots of flavor. We do use margarine, salt and pepper, too. Thanks, again!
