Great video demonstrating the PIP method ... 7 minutes is just pressure cooking time .. the total time is more than 30 minutes to make the entire meal.

Aren’t the shrimps overcooked?
@lizardas6 жыл бұрын
I cook large frozen shrimp for 2 minutes, with a quick release, in the Instant Pot. Doesn't 7 minutes give you overcooked shrimp?

HI Elizabeth, I actually like a bit overcooked shrimp, it didn't turn rubbery so it tasted good. For sure, it will be cooked in 2 or 3 minutes.

Garam masala recipe please
@thasneen6 жыл бұрын
I only add the basic aromatic whole spices: Whole Green cardamom- 10Whole Cloves- 6Whole Cinnamon- 3 inch slice.Preparation:Grind these together in a coffee grinder and store in an air tight container. It’s good to make small quantities of this as the aroma will subside when kept for long. Don’t add more cloves than cardamom as more cloves will give a bitter taste to the garam masala.Recipe: www.thasneen.com/cooking/how-to-cook-indian-food-everything-need-know/
