Hi just found you my pressure cooker does not have a yogurt setting but it does have a keep warm setting would that work? thanks

No, unfortunately a presscooker on the "WARM" setting will not reach a high enough temperature to make your yogurt. But...you can take a couple of extra steps and still make the same terrific yogurt, even without a YOGURT button. It involves bringing your milk up to temperature and letting it cool to warm before placing the lid on for the 8-10 hours,. I'm going to refer you to a really good KZbin video that explains how easily and concisely. The channel is called Busy Bees. I don't heat the cream at all. I add 1 pint of heavy cream in a mason add 2-3 Tbs of active butter milk mix cover with a paper towel let sit at room temperature for 24 to 36 hours. I like 36 as it is thicker like creme fraiche. Way better that anything you can buy in the store.

Yes, absolutely. If you make it with yogurt or sour cream with live cultures, you can also save some and freeze for the next batch.

It’s naturally souring because of the bacteria, I’ve never seen lemon or vinegar on the ingredients label of sour cream or yogurt but maybe in other places it’s normal
