Vietnamese yogurt is a common treat in Viet Nam. It is tart and lightly sweet. With the instant pot, it is so easy to do. Please try it and let me know.
***Plastic lids weren't used because of two reasons (just for me), didn't want to have plastic inside the Instant Pot, secondly, the air of the steam might not seal the lid tightly which may cause air bubbles in the yogurt. :0) You may try, and please let me know if it work for you.
Ingredients:
6 cups pasteurized whole milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt with live active cultures
7oz yogurts jars
1 can condensed milk (395 gram)
(Longevity Brand is good. I used Nestle in this recipe because it has less sugar content)
