Josh Jacobs was always in beast mode against the Broncos not to mention we had & I emphasize HAD a good QB in Carr so without those two key guys and the ridiculous amount of injuries plus a real head coach in Sean Payton of course we can’t beat Denver anymore. SMH 🤦‍♂️ AT LEAST WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A TOP 3 pick in the draft. I’m tired of using injuries as an excuse but at least Tom Telesco is still working on building more depth throughout the roster because there is no doubt he is good at orchestrating the draft but we definitely need a new coach with experience that commands the locker room and my guess is we get Mike Vrabel since his buddy is our co minority owner. He maybe rough around the edges but at least he knows what he is doing especially with time management during the games.

Carr was and still is mediocre. He's overpaid for what he contributes. Go be a 4-7 (in the worst division in the league) Saints fan if you disagree.🤣 Jacobs was and still is great, though. But I still wouldn't pay him the money he wanted. Our running game isn't bad because of our backs; it's bad because of our O-line. Our QBs are always either under severe pressure or running for their lives, so it's the O-line that needs fixing.

JaMarcus might've been a good pick if our coaches at the time bothered to work with him. No one cared or even wanted him on the team, and it showed. But I agree on Ridder. Give him the starting job for the remainder of this season. We know Minshew will be gone. We know what we have in Aidan. So, let's give Ridder a chance and see who the backup QB will be next season.

@@blacksuede It's "Aidan", with an "a". He has two "a"s in his name. Just remember it that way. :) But anyway, there was no need to sign Ridder. We have another QB on the practice squad, and he didn't look any worse than either Aidan or Minshew in preseason. So, why didn't we just bring Bradley up from the practice squad? Why did we sign Ridder just to sit him on the bench? Nothing this team is doing this season makes sense, except when someone says, "We're tanking". Then, all of the nonsense we're doing makes sense. And really, the reason to get a top QB in the draft is to instill hope and sell tickets. That's all Mark Davis wants to do is sell tickets. So, draft a top talent like Sanders, and we have hope for next season, and we're selling tickets, and that's all that matters in today's NFL.

We are 2-9 for plenty more reasons than just no QB. Guess you forgot about the terrible OC/play calling, turnovers, penalties, lack of tackling, players quitting on plays, AP and his boneheaded clock management and decision making. O line, no running game, etc. I could go on but I made my point
