I am a manual lymphatic drainage therapist and I would recommend that you be very gentle with lymph nodes in the armpits. They are easily harmed with a rough brush. Best to do with your hands. Drink plenty of water so that you can help your body flush out cellular debris. Love your content thank you.

Make your own face moisturiser with Castor oil equal parts, Jojoba oil, 7 drops of frankincense oil, in glass dropper bottle. Add Small amount into the palms palm of your hand, and rub together for 30 seconds, press into skin on face and neck gently massage, even eyelids. Wrinkles, pigmentation sorted with this mixture.

Yes~ always wise to mix your castor oil w/another. I love blending it w/jojoba oil, & a bonus there is that jojoba is one of the only oils w/molecules small enough to penetrate deeper than those first few skin layers. I adore frankinscense & geranium, though I've not yet tried them together~ thank you for suggesting dear. Wonderful post on caring for the arms, & I'd say you've covered it quite well. Such a problem area for so many of us, & while I agree we should not "get too hung up", it surely is confidence boosting to bare your arms comfortably. Samantha in AZ

Just one pump of castor oil will do for each arm and you can be generous with the coconut oil. 2 drops of essential oil is all you need in the mixture ☺️

A loss of collagen in the skin is another major reason skin gets a crappy look. Retin A builds collagen. I use that on the crappy area and it has greatly improved. Start with a small amount until your skin gets used to it. A Rx strength Retin A is necessary.
