11:23 About 2 1/2 years ago I watched a Dr Dray video about aging or wrinkles - I don’t remember - and it inspired me to quit smoking after over 20 years of doing so. Thank you, Dr Dray, it has had a major impact on my health and virtually paused all that rapid aging I was doing before. I feel better and I look better.

I just got back from Walmart with the Eucerin Advanced Repair lotion and massaged it into my arms really well. Pretty good first results for a first time 60 something year old woman! I am pleasantly surprised and am feeling so much more hopeful showing my arms at my son’s wedding coming up in a few months. $9 for the bottle sure beats the $78 I was prepared to spend for Crepe Erase. I am now a Dr. Dray addict!

Thank you so much for your honesty, and for actually caring for my hard earned peanuts! I watch other dermatologists on KZbin, one especially, whose office is in NYC. She was pretty good in the beginning, but I noticed lately, that’s she’s more interested in promoting her own products rather than helping those of us who just can’t afford her brand!!! Again thank YOU! 👍🙂

I used to carry retail inventory of these products because I like the results obtained during the facial, however, I found that most clients didn’t want to spend the $$$ for home care. I switched to researching off the shelf solutions to recommend and your videos are golden !! I want my clients to enjoy a facial every 4-6 weeks and save money on everyday products that are simple, economical and results oriented. Many thanks for sharing your expertise and practical solutions for everyday men and women. 💕

Thank you for covering this! I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid condition about 6 years ago that put me on prednisone for almost 4 years. I was well aware of the deleterious side effects of this drug (I am a nurse) but as I was in such constant pain it was seriously affecting my mobility. So, the risks were definitely outweighed the benefits: the restoration of my mobility! We're talking about things as simple as being able to roll over in bed, or bend over to pick up something from the floor, or even get out of a chair or car, or climb a flight of stairs. Fortunately, I didn't have the weight gain, hair loss, or 'roid rage (LOL), or disruptions to my sleep. I am really appreciating all your good advice.

Janet Rose I knew a couple of ladies at work who smoked/vaped. Well one coworker ended in the hospital w a blood clot on her leg and almost died. I constantly would hear them huffing and puffing for air even just walking. And the other one massive wrinkles especially around her mouth. Substitute a bad habit with a good habit. Drinking water a lot or running or walking or doing weights. When I was 35 ppl would confuse me w being "right out of college." Sleep, clean eating, running, and moisturizing does wonders for one's skin. Blessings.

At 60, the majority of skin laxity can be contributed to a loss of estrogen. Estrogen is a precursor to elastin and collagen production in our skin. UV damage can contribute to laxity in the skin. If you are comfortable with HRT, for its many benefits, perhaps seek the advice of a qualified doctor.

No no no please don’t use Vaseline, its petroleum based 😣 blocks water and there is no benefit to it. Use natural oils after the shower (when you’re at your most moist) like argan oil, avocado, almond, grape seed oil, Shea butter (viva natural makes an organic creamy one that’s divine), jojoba, or a combination of all of those. You’ll get various benefits from these oils, it will seal your moisture since oil doesn’t go as deep as oil in the skin, and if you want less deep moisture but still great moisture then just use Shea on dryers parts of th body or only in the winter.

I use the Eucerin pH5 Shower Oil and I swear my skin is softer than ever. I cannot use normal shower gels anymore as they all leave my skin itchy and dry. It all starts with a mild cleanser and you won't need heavy moisturizers.

Thank you, thank you Dr. Dray! Your science based advice has helped me personally and my daughter. So many KZbinrs, and some of our local estheticians sadly, try to market things that just don’t have good science behind them. They have beautiful packaging and hype that makes it tempting to try. Since I found your channel, your advice saves us money and prevents skin set backs❤️

Wow, thank you so much for this. I have severe asthma and have been on prednisone for a couple years. I am only 23 and noticed a patch of crepey skin has developed near my mouth, glad to know that there are ways to combat this. I try not to get too down about it as it isn't super noticeable, but I always know its there.

Anyone else have UV treatments for acne in the 1970s? I am 64. I am fair skinned & burn instead of tan, so I have never been a sun worshiper. Yet, several years ago, to my horror, my neck started going all crepey! My face looks fine, but my neck is horrendous! And, why, I’ve bemoaned? I’ve stayed out of the sun my entire life! But, Dr Dray may have solved the mystery. In the 1970s I had consistent UV treatments for acne. The only area that I remember the doctor covering were my eyes with goggles. My poor neck was getting the full brunt of the rays, too. I think that may have caused my crepey neck these years later. Anyway, I’m going to try Dr Dray’s recommendation.

Dr Dray, I’ve just gone through chemo and I’ve noticed that my skin seems to have aged dramatically since treatment began. The most obvious symptoms are dryness, loss of elasticity, and creepiness. I’m wondering if my skin will ever “snap” back into shape. Would you consider doing a segment specifically for skin care during and after chemo. Thank you so much for the relevant content you provide

Hi Jeannette! I was fortunate enough to be advised by a church mate who had her share of chemo and radiation to always hydrate before and after chemo and put on lotion religiously while on treatment. We both had lymphoma and her neck was already blackened. I followed her advice and 5 years after, my skin is still seemingly okay . God bless you ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

I did buy crepe erase! I’m 32 and I can see signs under my eyes of crepeing. I don’t mind spending the money if it works! When the first thing u said was tanning I was like oh man lol.. I go to the tanning bed once a week so I don’t look dead, I like having a nice tan. I’m going to start using SPF on my face when I go in there. I hope crepe erase works alongside my Hydroboost SPF 50 bottle I just bought by Neutrogena. As far as wrinkles on the forehead & crows feet I get Botox for that. But the crepey skin is the worst!! Omg

Dr Dray thanks for some solid advice! Your exactly what I’ve been looking for, I subscribed. I’m ok with fine line creepy not so much. With 5 million choices it’s darn near impossible to figure out what to use. I love the tried and true brands. Familiar is comforting, but now they have 50 plus choices too. I definitely think your on target with causes. I find that some days are worse than others. Meaning some days my neck looks normal and sometimes I wake up and yuck. It’s definitely hereditary too because my older sister and mom have it. I do have a request, could you make a video addressing which products to use in order? I too wash at night. Thanks hope you have a great day so glad I found your channel
