This was divine timing. Today was a pretty heavy day while lending my energy so I knew I needed to recall my energy. Earlier I felt weighed down and I could feel it in my womb for some reason so I knew I needed to figure out how to calm myself and protect that space. Thank you, this was a wonderful experience. I was told recently that I had to heal from past relationships so this is perfect timing . I believe to be an empath and always feel exhausted after being in crowds and with people. I’m practicing on trying not to detach to them or take their energy, but it’s a work in progress .

Being empath can mean that others energetic information can be registered through your own aura, is the empath’s aura is more permeable than someone who isn’t an empath. Clairsentience is clear feeling & the chakra is associated w this is the solar plexus which acts as our filter. Fatigue, anxiety and sadness can also be a result of unbalanced GI tract so special attention should be paid here. This is from my own journey and research but I hope it helps :)

I did this exercise 3 times before I went to sleep, and then woke up and began doing it again. I can feel it clearing my consciousness of those victim hood perspectives and releasing the energy that was holding those patterns. I will be using this to clear the way for reentering and restoring my inner sense of power and confidence as me all focused in the flow of forward creating of my own personal life. In this exercise I imagined all of the chords that connect me to her and I took my hands and cut off all the chords connecting to anyone else. I love this video, I close my eyes and started to remember past relationships that hurt me. I visualize them with a new meaning, I ask forgiveness for myself, for the person involved and the whole situation. Suddenly my hands started to tingle and shake, then my hands moved up and down over my body and started to move away those memories from my magnetic field. And I have a thought that I was removing all those memories with love and honor and gratitude from my energy field. They were not anymore storages in my field. Gratitude, thank you Heather! Love you!
