Just wondering because the script is based on the CAT rig, how can I access the original parameters when clicking "Motion", seems like they are gone?

Yes its possible. Just skin seperated meshes with desired bones.

Hi, layers are not not supported for now. Squash and stretch are available.

It's not related to CAT. You can't.

Hi, autoskin works best on simple topologies. Its not guaranteed perfect skinning for complicated character models and you may need to adjust skin weights.
