Hopefully this will get answered...you made this video and are a lead investigator so you'd be able to answer this.. @6:06 you say , you will need copies of any and all arrests that AREN'T SEALED.. so, if dealing with the doc say 9 times but onlt 2 aren't sealed I would just have to give them dispositions for the 2 not 9. ALSO with the new state weed laws, them 7 were expunged, would i still have to mention it since they are sealed??

Great Video, Thanks for sharing. Where it asks for reason I want to carry. Can I put for conceal carry as you stated and Also because its my Second Amendment Right I want to exercise? The reason I ask is because at one time NYC would Deny you if you State you want to carry for Protection, But ever since June 2022 Supreme Court has decided that they have no right to deny us a carry conceal permit because we choose to protect ourselves, I somewhat feel uncomfortable Stating it Even though courts ruled they cannot deny it for self defense.

Pistol license ? 😂 We only have 1 license and you can own any gun you want, if you want a sub machine gun then you gotta go deal with the Feds. What’s a pistol license ? 😂
