Insulation - Fluffing bagged cellulose

This is a simple technique to fluff up cellulose insulation that you buy at a building supply store because that insulation comes compressed in a bag and is difficult to fluff up by hand.
This is intended for small projects that require small quantities. For instance, around attic hatches, ductwork penetrations, around electrical boxes, exhaust fans or where the insulation has been disturbed by technicians doing work or by critters.
I’ve been in a lot of attics, and most all of them could use a little bit of touchup.
