Friend of mine got rear ended and car was totaled. the faulty driver worked for a dealership and the car-at-fault was dealer-property. No one wants to pay for the totaled car. Not the dealer, not the victim's insurance, not the driver-at-fault. go explain this! All these insurances are pure BS and after your money. If you are in a trouble, you are on your own.
