I had old policy of national insurance since 2002 till 2021,in 2021 we ported to niva bupa.Will moratorium benefit carried forward in our case.We had no pre existing disease,can insurance company reject the claim. No fraud,No Permanent exclusion

what if i change/port my insurance company before completing 8 year ? 8 year will count from the date i purchase policy from 1st company or from the date i port and started paying premium to 2nd company?
