So far a good rule of thumb has been: - if room has 1 ceiling/main light and it’s on, then drain 0%. - otherwise, if the room has multiple ceiling/main lights and they’re on, then drain at the reduced 80% rate. - otherwise, (room has no ceiling/main lights on) drain 100%. From a dev perspective, making an algorithm out of it would be much more effective than manually categorising each room with different sanity drain rates, so it’s likely the course they’ve taken. Implementation specifics may slightly vary from above. (In this case they only have to enumerate a room’s light list when changing rooms or light on/off state.)

Wasn't this a revert to an old sanity system? Or atleast something similar? I'm sure I remember the amount of light mattering being added to the game, possibly around when sunny meadows came out

for the first year in most business do 2-3 days of pto after 1 year you get a week after that you get maybe an additional day or two per year most business cap it at 2 weeks pto for those not on salary pay and some places like where I work only give you holiday pay for Christmas and Christmas eve and the rest of the two weeks for Christmas vacation are unpaid unless you use your pto and it doesn't carry over to the next year
