If anyone is wondering what happened in the first round: The Wraith is the only ghost in the game that can randomly give you an EMF 2 reading on your EMF reader without interacting with an object. This is because it can silently teleport to you and leave that EMF 2 reading.

​​@@silentmayan5427 sorry for the late addition but here's your answer There's three ghosts with similar abilities Wraith will instantly teleport to the player and give EMF 2 Banshee will roam towards a targeted player on the same level , but will not leave an EMF2 Phantom will target a player for its ability and roam towards where they were , upon arriving it gives and EMF 2 as the designated spot The main difference I believe is banshee won't give EMF 2 and only for 1 player Wraith is instant And phantom will often interact before arriving giving indication . Edit: for accuracy the wraith and phantom have similar abilities , but both have other checks for it as well , photos and blinking for phantom , and salt for wraith . As well as above . That wraith gave it's self away just as fast as when I walked into sunny meadows with the parabolic and got the Poltergeist scream within just a few seconds of starting the investigation. But when I did this challenge the first 2 I got were both mimic's 3rd was raiju.

Team strategy: Least experienced player -> Flash light, Second -> Parabolic, Third -> Camera, Most experienced player -> EMF. It is easy to divide the right and left sides of 2 floors between 4 players. :)

Had a Thaye once during the update it originally released, and the game lasted so long, the thaye just stopped everything. Apparently it didn't have a lower limit and it hit below 0 sanity for hunts.

When I first tried this challenge (i played highschool only 2x prior to this) I had an Investigation that took me 1h15min with 0 ghost events, no evidences found and not even the ghost room I could find. I survived 6 hunts before I decided to leave and it was a banshee that did NOT behave like one. I was only able to rule out ghosts down to 5 due to the hunts I have survived. I'm not a professional or very good at the game either, this was a rather horrible experience, possibly my worst time playing phasmo. I hated this challenge. (finished with my friends together, still very bad)

Our playthrough of this weekly: First go. The host lost connection, recreated the multiplayer session. Second go. Found quickly and got 2/3 evidence. SB + UV and no Orbs. Spent ages trying to get a third evidence We were somehow convinced it was The Twins until getting UV. I had to change to Nightmare based deductions when Sanity fell to hunting range. I moved from Classroom 9 to Library to be able to visual-test. Second hunt took ages. Normal blink, Poltergeist, correct. Third go. Never found the ghost, but I noticed it hunting when I could not turn on a light switch. Friend noticed our sanity was 75%, I got out a bit later and noticed it was below 70%. Demon, correct. Fourth go. I never found or heard the ghost but my friend did and barely survived. Revenant, correct.

I did this challenge with a friend and used the camera as flashlight, kinda like Outlast 😅 The last time this challenge was on, they gave you the glowstick as it still was T1, which was so much better to use + non-electronic, so you could use it during a hunt 😅

This challenge was a huge pain. I was playing with 3 other people, 2 of them werent much of help for the most part. I had to walk around with the DOTS since i felt bad for the others since they couldnt see much in the dark, so they used the flashlight, UV, and the video camera.

My gf and I did play this multiplayer! She cranked up her contrast to be able to see. Finding the ghost was agonizing every single attempt. I got lucky guessing 2 mimics but it took a while for us to both get it. Brownstone miiiight need a slight touch-up eventually.

Only ever had something like that happen to mw twice. Both on tangle wood in the foyer 1st one was a Demon that instantly hunted and killed me upon picking up the car keys. 2nd was a polter that did a polter ability on the shoes right when i walked in.

Watching this video I think I got the goldfishiest stuff for my weekly. Game 1: randomly found ghost room, at the far end of 2nd floor, right when I was carrying an UV light it touched a door right at my face leaving an Obake fingerprint Game 2: ghost started a hunt while I was carrying the evidence items. It was clearly a Deogen Game 3: ghost gave Dots and writing leaving Thaye and Deogen. I forced a hunt out of the summoning circle. It was another Deogen. Also after my 1st game my wife asked to stay afk in my games for the weekly challenge so I did game 4 (for her). Game 4: Found the ghost room using voodoo doll. While I was going back for items it started the hunt. I had 63% sanity at the end of the hunt. I forced a hunt by the voodoo doll. It was clearly a Thaye

I just started playing this because of you. I just made level 20 and last night encountered a ghost that did nothing. No evidence at all. No hunts. No interactions. No events. No sounds. Just flatlined on the screen in the truck. I finally just had to give up and guess because there was NOTHING to go off of. I guessed Myling but it was a Goryo. A few games later I had the same thing happen...Goryo AGAIN. I also noticed that evidence all night that usually would appear relatively quickly was taking FOREVER to appear (like ghost orbs). I am still playing on amateur so I don't know if they did something to that difficulty to slow everything down or if maybe I was just running into some serious glitches or something, but I hadn't encountered this issue before. It was a weird night lol. Edit: I'm aware that I could have and probably SHOULD have tried forcing a hunt or kick starting something to happen using a cursed item, but I'm too much of a chickenshit to mess with all of that until I have people to play with lol.

Goryo can be difficult to find with level one items. Also, I heartily recommend finding people to play with. It's less spooky when you're not alone.

@ I got a horror-hating friend to join me finally and I think he loves it more than I do (which is a lot). We’re now level 40 and have been figuring out the non-evidence ghost behaviors. He’s also watching this channel’s backlog like I am so we can figure out tips and tricks. It’s a lot of fun! And yeah it’s WAY easier to figure out a Goryo now lol. Goryo still fools me sometimes, but I’ve caught every Mimic so far that I’ve ran across :D thanks for your kind advice :D

Wraith can teleport as one of its abilities and when it does it generates an EMF 2 reading. The ghost was on the second floor and Insym already got EMF 5 earlier which ruled out phantom

Wraiths can teleport to you to do ghost events and interact with things. He knew it was on the 2nd floor, and because of that it couldn't possibly be right beside him, if you noticed the emf spiked to 2 when he was by the front door

Room name came from the Ouija Board, Classroom 37, upstairs left side all the way at the back classroom corner of the building. EMF Level 2 with absolutely nothing happening can mean a Wraith teleported to the player.

Mimic can not have false evidence outside of its Orbs, its signature ability. When Insym asked "Where are you?", the EMF reader triggered EMF 5. Mimic became impossible.

Ran a 3 person group for ours and we had a good method where everyone gets a light source and a way to find the ghost room. Uv + temp, flashlight + emf, video cam + spirit box. Found making the ghost pretty quick

The ghost is in classroom 37, which is on the second floor. Then, he got an EMF 2 out of nowhere. The only ghost that can possibly do that is the wraith teleporting towards him, which create EMF 2.

I mean High school challenge is not so hard, but boring and trying to waste your time. This why I think high school is a worst challenge (maybe challengeS).
