My favorite part of the coaster wars is when two park chains build huge roller coaster that rival each other, but they're both built by the same manufacterer, so as the different park chains compete, the manufacterers are just like, "Ah yes... which will win: project 1 or project" lol

I am currently in a roller coaster binge. What this means is that I cannot stop watching roller coaster videos for the life of me! I've done this a couple of times, but it's never gotten this bad. Before, I would only watch the POV videos. Now I keep watching videos about the coasters and the manufacturers. Thank you for fueling this because I'm enjoying it so much!
Can't stop watching this channel, always have loved coasters but only recently wanted to actually learn more about how they work and who makes them, the info is presented so well in these videos!

I'll actually be in another state for a camp the day it comes out, but that just means that I'll have to watch it either on the flight or at the airport. PS: When you said "Wollerau" (0:09), I paused the video and tried to pronounce it myself--I still can't... Haha!

@@coasterbot To be honest, if it weren't for channels like yours, I probably wouldn't be becoming a rides person. I used to be horrified of coasters after my mother made me ride one or two of them that were a 'bit' too intense for me at the time. Later in my life I had a fear of them based on fear of the ride going wrong. I only recently have ever had a ride go wrong (I was on what they told us was the "first on-ride evacuation" of the Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure), and because of your safety video, I wasn't the least bit afraid--and that was after having just rocked back-and-forth under a hill after a high-up stall in the ride...! [They later told us that the reason they had to shut-down the ride was because one of their computers had died in the middle of the ride] The only part I was afraid about was that they might have done what they did earlier in the ride, which was slam on the brakes, make us wait for 15-minutes for technical issues, then have the bikes shoot-off to 50-mph with no warning whatsoever. Even then--I knew I wasn't going to be put in danger. Thanks you so much for your stuff!

Nice one. Being German, i noticed that you pronounced Schwarzkopf kind of "inverted", to stay with coaster terminology. You say it like "Swarschkof". Just switch your "Sch" and "z" sounds around and you should have the correct pronounciation. The "Sch" sounds like in the beginning of "should", and the "z" like in the beginning of "tsunami". Also, the A in there is like the beginning of "amusement". This is the best i can describe it.
@coasterbot5 жыл бұрын
What should the "sch" sound be at the front or middle of the word? Try and type it phonetically if you can :)
@Mike5005 жыл бұрын
I really thought about how to type this phonetically, but it's hard to think that way in English when you're German, if you catch my drift. But i found a better way. Make a KZbin search for "Anton Schwarzkopf Der Mann der in Amerika Wellen schlägt", you should find a video by the channel "themeparkdokus". In that video, at 0:49 for example, you can hear the 100% proper pronounciation. Plus, that channel might interest you in general ;)
