I’ve done one of these twice now and every time I apply force one of the clips snap and doesn’t go on properly, would you know any other way to do it

I somehow don’t believe that came off so easily and without breaking any clips! Did you take it off first, then make the video afterwards?

When I did mine, I broke two locks

The PCV had been replaced before and one clips was cracked but non were broken. Mini suggest replacing the valve cover as a form of a tune up.. no thanks lol

Is it possible its still fsulty if the diaphragm is not perforated ?

Could you tell me the brand name and where you bought the PVC membrane? I purchased one on Amazon, but the spring pressure was much higher than the original.

I purchased it on eBay. It was only like $8. Check and see if your original spring works with the new cap and membrane. My original one seemed fine but swapped it anyways, it was the membrane that just had a lot of build up
