does Microsoft Bookings synchronize with the calendar from Microsoft Outlook? I mean a situation in which I enter an event into the calendar in Outlook and then in MS Booking this time will not be available?

It is useless. It cannot incorporate more than one email account. Most people have several and we get double booked. Useless. Much better services around
